Please note: Additional restrictions may apply depending on the destination. Some items may require extra regulatory approvals beyond normal customs clearance, which can increase transit times. If you’re unsure about your shipment, we recommend contacting our support team before sending it.

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by attempting to send restricted items.

At Afritrac, we handle all parcels with great care. However, in rare cases, items may get damaged while in transit. To reduce this risk, we strongly advise using strong, durable packaging, such as double-walled cardboard boxes and proper protective materials inside.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact our team as soon as possible to file a damage claim. We’ll guide you through the process and do our best to resolve the matter quickly and fairly.

Customs clearance is the process every parcel goes through when it arrives in the destination country. Customs officers inspect the shipment to ensure it doesn’t contain any prohibited or restricted items. They also assess the value of the goods to determine any duties or taxes that may need to be paid before the package can be released for delivery.
